Adult rates apply to all passengers 12 years old and above. Children (including infants) below 12 years of age will be charged child rates.
Each passenger is entitled to 1 hand-carry items not exceeding 10 kg, no larger than 70cmx51cmx34cm and 1 sling bag. Baggage exceeding 10kg will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the respective terminals, up to a maximum of 20kg. Bicycles and surfboards are subject to a S$10.00 charge per piece. Prior approval for carriage of cargo goods is required and is subject to rates levied by the respective baggage handler.
It is the passengers’ responsibility to obtain visa and a valid passport of not less than six months from the date of travel.

Buffet Breakfast
Buffet Breakfast on personal account at special rates (wavier of taxes) for our guests.
- - Adult: S$19.00 nett per adult. Usual Price: S$19.00 + 10% service charge + 11% Government Tax.
- - Child (3-11 years old): S$9.50 nett. Usual Price: S$9.50 + 10% service charge + 11% Government Tax.

Check In
Guests shall check-in any time after 1500hrs (Indonesia time) with their passports.
A deposit of S$100 per night will be collected from guests, upon check in at Nirwana Gardens Resort. This deposit will be refunded in full, if not utilized.
Guests are to produce their room confirmation slip upon check in at Nirwana Gardens Resort.
Guests are to acknowledge the list of items and amenities specified in the villa inventory form upon check in, with the Resort Host.
Check Out
Guests are required to check-out before 1200hrs (Indonesia time) on the day of their departure date, otherwise a day’s rental shall be imposed.
Housekeeping Services
Any additional housekeeping service required will be charged at $30++ (10% Service & 10% Indonesian Government Tax), per session and can be arranged with the resort’s housekeeping department.

Check-In Time
Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-21 BRF Check-in counter at least 1 and a half hours before departure time. BRF reserves the right to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 40 minutes before departure.
For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. BRF reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in later than 45 minutes from departure.

Land Transfer
Land transfer for arrival at Bintan Resort, must be arranged directly with Nirwana Gardens Resort by email to reservations@nirwanagardens.com stating the ferry time and number of passengers.
Departure land transfer to the Ferry Terminal, must be reserved upon check in with the resort’s Concierge.
Policy
A maximum of nine (9) persons (excluding infants 2 years and below) are permitted to stay overnight in each villa. Nirwana Gardens reserves the right to offer additional guests another room / villa for their use on your own personal account.
Each villa is equipped with two (02) queen-size beds and one (01) twin-bed for six (06) guests. Additional rollaway single-bed can be rented at S$60 nett per night per bed on your own personal account. Please contact the Front Office at Nirwana Gardens for assistance.
NTUC Club, Costa Sands Resort and Nirwana Gardens shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, accident or loss of any valuables, money or personal effects of both guest and visitors and damages arising there from.
Guests are liable for any damages or / and missing item. NTUC Club, Costa Sands Resort and Nirwana Gardens reserve the right to charge any loss / damage to occupants / guests.
Any additional villa amenities required, other than what is supplied daily, will be charged at the prevailing rates of the resort. E.g. towels, shower gel, toothbrush etc.
