Parking
Guests are welcome to park at our provided lots, which are very limited. Alternative parking areas include at the Beach car park located at Beach Station. From there, simply hop onto the Beach Tram at Siloso Beach and you can enter the resort via the back gate.

Making a Booking
All NTUC Members / NTUC Cardholders are welcome to book rooms at our resort. Bookings are open three months in advance of your desired date, and confirmation is assured once full payment is made. No reservations / tentative bookings are allowed. Applicants must be aged 18 and above at the time of booking and NTUC Members must make the booking personally to enjoy member’s rates. Booking on someone else’s behalf is not allowed.
Discounted members’ rates are for NTUC members’ privileged use only, not applicable for corporate booking / overseas group.
Members found abusing the privileges will be imposed full commercial / corporate rates.

Amendment of Bookings
If you wish to change the date of your resort stay, a notice of 14 days or more prior to arrival date must be given to the Resort via one of the following ways:

Any changes in the room type, period of stay or Resort location or difference in room rental shall not be refunded.
You are only allowed to change your arrival date once. Should you decide to cancel your booking after the change, a penalty charge of 50% of the room rental rate will be forfeited. Changes to booking particulars are not allowed once a final receipt / tax invoice has been issued.
Cancellation of Booking
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so via letter, e-mail, fax or in person. For cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date, 25% of the room rental would be forfeited. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the room rental would be forfeited.
Check-in Time
Check in time is from 2.30pm. Request for early check-in is possible, subject to room availability. Please call to enquire prior to arrival at the resort.
Check-out Time
Check-out time is before 10.30am; a full day charge will be levied on occupants who check-out after 10.30am. There is no inventory check. Kindly proceed straight to the Reception Counter with your key. Anyone can check-out on your behalf.
Should you wish to get someone to check in on your behalf, you may do so. No written authorisation is required, and the authorised person must be aged 18 and above, and produce the following upon check-in:
- His / her I/C,
- Confirmation of Booking Form and;
- The member’s NTUC Card (if applicable) for verification purposes
Allocation of Rooms
Allocation of rooms is on a first-come-first-served basis, according to the booking number. Applicants are not allowed to personally select their room or chalet of choice. Your room number will be sent to you via SMS two days prior to your arrival date. Alternately, call (+65) 6275 1034 for enquiries if you do not receive any SMS notification.
Admission to Resort Premises
Admission to the resort can be made via several ways. Guests may enter Sentosa by the Sentosa Express, bus, taxi or by car. Click here for more information on ticket prices, operating hours and gantry charges.
Shuttle Service
Our Resort van provides free shuttle service from the bus stop next to Beach Station at every 15-minute interval. Free shuttle service available from 9.00am – 12.00noon and 2.00pm – 5.00pm.
The Management reserves the right to amend the above schedule without prior notice.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping services are provided on alternate day basis. If you are staying for 3 days and 2 nights, there will not be any housekeeping services. Housekeeping services will only resume on the third day of your stay after 2.30pm.

We would appreciate if all our guests can be mindful of the following, to ensure the full comfort and enjoyment of everyone at the resort.
Catering Services
No external caterers are allowed. Please contact the resort’s appointed caterer for catering service.
Playing Music
Do be mindful of other guests and keep your volume of the music at a reasonable level Guests are not allowed to bring in VCDs/VCRs and TV games for use with our television sets.
Eviction
No excessive noise is permitted after 11.30pm. The Management reserves the right to evict all loud, rowdy and misbehaving guests, and they will not receive a refund of their room rental.
Damage of Property
Guests will be charged for any damage incurred to property.
Cooking in the Room
Strictly no cooking is allowed within the guest rooms.
Pets
Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited from the resort.
