Singapore Service Class (or S-Class), which was launched in 2003, is an accreditation programme that provides organisations with a framework for service excellence. It helps organisations assess and address gaps in Service Leadership, Service Agility, Customer Experience and Customer Delight.

Costa Sands Resort is accredited with S-Class on 11 October 2005, and is the sole resort operator in Singapore to be S-Class accredited.
